A Base =680-729
B +2% =640-679
C +3.75 =600-639
D +5% =550-599
E +9% =500-549
No loan rates shall exceed18%, which is the Kansas statutory cap on rates.
A $10.00 filing fee will be applied to all loans requiring title work or a UCC1.
No loans will be made on salvage title.
