Membership to this credit union is open to all employees and their families of non-federal governmental entities located in Shawnee County and media/communication industries located within Shawnee County, to include the following: City of Topeka, Topeka City Employees Credit Union, Shawnee County and its political subdivisions, State of Kansas employees, with offices located within Shawnee County and the Kansas League of Municipalities.
Membership, once established, may continue even though the credit union member would not be eligible for new membership.

We are offering SPECIAL 2nd QUARTER LOAN RATES
New 36 month rates as low as 4.75%, new 48 months 5.40%, 60 months 5.45% and 72 months at 5.95%.
Used and refinance 36 months 5.50%, 48 months 5.70% and 60 months 5.95%. (All refinanced loans must be within the NADA values, and if you want to refinance your existing loan here, you would need to advance at least $2,500.00)
These rates will be effective thru June 30, 2009
City Hall is in the process of having a security guard at the front door. City Employees, will be able to show their employee badge to come to the credit union. All other members of our credit union, will have to show your ID and tell the guard you are coming to the credit union.
We realize this may cause some inconvenience, but the process will be sped up with your Identification ready.
We are working with City Hall Security to see what we may do to streamline your access to the credit union.
We hope this will not keep you from coming to Topeka City Employees Credit Union.
